Beautiful I am.
I am beautiful.
No matter where I go, I know I am beautiful.
Made by the hands of God.
God don’t make mistakes.
I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Intelligent I am.
I am intelligent.
No matter where I go, I know I am intelligent.
God blessed me with a brain.
It’s up to me to feed it food.
I will do my very best in school.
Because once I learn something, anything, it can’t be taken away.
I don’t believe what society says I am.
I’ve learned society doesn’t tell the truth.
People will try to bring me down.
But God’s word will lift me up.
This is a wonderful poem and mantra, if you will. It teaches a child to love themselves just the way they are and that they are beautiful & intelligent just the way God made them. Read it to and with your child or create your own poem or positive sentences. Whatever you do, make sure that your child knows that they are beautiful and that the are loved.
