Blogalicious is an amazing conference/movement that I have been involved with since 2013. It is the brainchild of mastermind, Stacey Ferguson and her co founders. It was the first blogging conference that I ever attended and the only one that I make sure to attend every year. Stacey and her awesome team pour their hearts into creating an event to remember and I have never been disappointed. Blogalicious brings together a very diverse group of digital influencers, social media marketers and brands annually for a weekend of high level learning, sharing and straight up fun! Every year there is a different theme and location for this event. Every year I’m blown away by the level of information that is received and the way the organizers pay attention to every little detail to ensure that every participant has something to take away.
2013 Blogalicious celebrated its 5th year right here in Atlanta, Ga. It was there that I was introduced the idea of professional blogging and social media monetization.
2014 Blogalicious celebrated its 6th year in San Antonio, TX and in just one years time I was working with many major brands and attended as a sponsored guest of Cricket Wireless. I also spoke on a panel hosted by Cricket.
Earlier this year Blogalicious partnered with TapInfluence, a leading marketing platform that serves consumer brands and agencies. This partnership allows African American, Latino and Asian American bloggers and social influencers to work with and be exposed to major brands. Blogalicious Weekend 2015 will be held at none other than Baltimore, Maryland’s Inner Harbor, September 10 – 12. The theme? Build Your Own Empire! (BYOE15). Back in February, as an incentive to sign up for TapInfluence there was a contest. To enter all you had to do was partner with TapInfluence and update your profile on their site. The Grand Prize?
