This year is the 400th National anniversary commemorating the Jamestown arrival of Africans in 1619.

Lest We Forget is an elegant bind up of three collectable books by distinguished historian, Velma Maia Thomas, curator of the nationally acclaimed Black Holocaust Exhibit in Atlanta, Georgia.  Those books are the 3 chapters:

Lest We Forget – documents the plight of an estimated 100 million Africans from their rich pre-slavery culture to their enslavement in a foreign land.

• Freedom’s Children – brings to life the heart wrenching and inspiring tale of freedmen and freedwomen during Reconstruction and into the twentieth century.
