Atlanta’s Social Soiree of the Summer, The 2nd Annual La Fête du Rosé , was perfection poured out in bubbly Pink & White. Sponsored by Moet Chandon and Vie Vité this event is what Atlanta Summers are made for; whimsically themed parties & stunning people toasting the Atlanta Lifestyle under the Georgia sun with the finest wines & champagnes while dancing the day away.
Although it had been cancelled 2 times before because of rain, the weather on this day was slightly overcast, but bright and very hot. Honestly, the hot temps added to the fun.

Loosely translated, La Fête du Rosé , means Festival of Rosé Wine!
La Fête du Rosé is a celebration of all things Rosé, including the wine, champagne and lifestyle. LaFeteDuRose.com
We were all adorned in our finest Pink & White attire and ready for an afternoon of indulgence. We were not disappointed! Nestled in Piedmont Park near the Atlanta Botanical Garden it was a cozy location and suitable for the 3,000 or so guests in attendance. La Fête du Rosé had it all including LIVE music & hot DJ’s, games, etc. Guests were accommodated with Wine & Champagne, Pink picnic blankets & White umbrellas. There were food trucks behind the VIP area which could easily be identified by the white tents.
Everything was PINK & WHITE and perfect from the White Moet Chandon Wine goblets to the Pink & White Bottle holders to the gorgeous people. I really love the way Black Atlanta came out to support this event.

VIP or not, this day was made for sitting out on the grass while enjoying the music so we did just that. There is nothing more elegant than Black people gathered and coordinated. Everyone looked absolutely amazing. This along with the cloud-sprinkled blue sky created the perfect backdrop for all pics.
DJ Stormy and Krystal Garner kept the party on and poppin until the one and only Mannie Fresh arrived.
If you missed it, this video captures some of the vibe that went on.
My sister and I love to do fun things in Atlanta and this will definitely be on our list of Things to do in Atlanta next year.
Until next time La Fête du Rosé…
