I was pleased to be invited to meet Chef Juan Montier and his beautiful family at the Screening Party for his new show, The Dinner Architect. The Dinner Architect premiered on Thursday 12/13/17 if you missed it you simply must check it out!
The Dinner Architect is a new reality series on AIBTV. It follows Chef Juan Montier and his wife and business partner Judith as they run their business. In this docu-style series we go behind the scenes with them as they prepare for one major Pop Up Event! Each and every family member is actively involved in the success of their business and it shows.
The screening was held at the Names Project Foundation and was filled with many of Chef Montier’s family and friends. It was emceed by none other than Mo Ivory. Everyone that I talked to told me a story about their relationship with the chef and his family. No matter who it was in the place it was very clear that everyone here loves and supports Juan and Judith Montier! and OMG the food… Of course it was catered by Chez Montier Cuisine and everything was oh so delicious and equally as beautiful.
Scrumptious bite after scrumptious bite was served to all of the attendees before we screened the premiere episode.

Everything was delicious. I am a new fan of Bacon Wrapped Quail! Can I PLEASE get someone to bring me a full size of those Feta Cheese Tartlets!? I tasted so many delectable things that I just had to watch the series to know how the recipes and presentations came about. I can’t wait to learn more.
