Here we go again folks. Another little child suffers the consequences of wearing her hair natural. Apparently, Deborah Brown Community School a public charter school in Tulsa, OK believes that natural hair styles such as afros, locs, etc… are faddish and unacceptable and violate the schools dress code. Parker, who’s a barber, said school officials at Deborah Brown told him Tiana’s hair didn’t look presentable. “She’s always presentable.
