Sistahs Do Brunch (Women Entrepreneurs Rock Edition) #SistahsDoBrunch #WERock2014

Sistahs Do Brunch We RockThis edition of Sistahs Do Brunch was very special.  This time we focused on women entrepreneurs and invited them to join us for an afternoon of empowerment, connection and idea sharing. Scheduled in conjunction with the Women Entrepreneurs Rock Conference, this private and intimate micro event was packed with power!  The location was Ruth’s Chris Steak House – Kennesaw and the attendees were served a delicious pre selected menu that included Gumbo, Shrimp Po Boys and decadent Chocolate Mousse cake to name a few items.  Ladies came from all over Atlanta to join in.

The room was filled with entrepreneurs including, product makers, therapists, speakers, writers, bloggers, accountants, etc.  We had a wonderful time breaking bread and discussing things that are relevant in the Black female community such as:

How Black women are portrayed in the media

Ways that Black woman can work together and build positive relationships

Helping other women by willingly sharing experiences (good or bad)

It was a lively conversation full of interesting commentary and laughter, but most importantly there was sisterhood and inspiration in the room.
