Sistah’s Do Brunch – A Micro Event

*Sistah’s Do Brunch* is a “micro event” (12 Attendees or less)

Do you know what I dislike most about LARGE social events? The inability to truly network and have a real interaction with like minded peers. I got tired of the rat race involved in trying to interact/connect with respected bloggers and entrepreneurs at large events. All it ever left me with is a pile of cards and me trying to remember who gave them to me. I decided to gather some of the women that have and continue to be mentors to me together for brunch. We are keeping it small so that no one gets lost in the shuffle and so that real thoughts & ideas can be discussed. This will be the first of many small (12 or less) networking events that i will be involved in.  These chicks were key in helping me create and take my next steps towards success when I lost my job last year and I really just want to break bread with them and say Thank You!  I am honored that these ladies have accepted my invitation to brunch.
