I have been a fan of Coco Curls Moisturizing Styling Cream for years. I liked it the very first time I used it. In fact I gave it a rave review when I tried it out for only the second time. Coco Curls is a product that contains no harsh chemicals which is one of the factors that drew me to it in the first place and its made specifically for natural hair care. It is not only safe for my hair, but also safe for my daughter’s hair.
When I saw Coco Curls creator Jeannell Darden she let me know some interesting facts about her line. For one the shampoo is very PH balanced and it can also be used as a body wash. My husband loves the smell of these products so much I just might use it that way too! I love that the PH levels are already listed on the bottles.
Here is how I used each product:
Hydrating Shampoo
I used it as instructed. It was very creamy and even though its sulfate free it lathered up sudsy which I love! I found it to be very good for cleansing. It left my hair feeling clean but not stripped and it smelled delicious! (I’m gonna keep saying that through out this review because it’s true)
Revitalizing Conditioner
This conditioner was so thick and luscious. I knew immediately that I would not be using this to condition and detangle but instead using it as a staple leave in! But for the sake of this review I will tell you that it had amazing slip which made it perfect for the entire conditioning process. It left my hair feeling juicy and ready for the next step
Moisturizing Styling Cream
I love this cream already, its thick, rich and decadent almost like a dessert and it feels like pudding in my hands! My hair loves it and stays FULL of curls. It’s also good for laying down edges and is perfect for twist outs especially during the humid summer months here in Atlanta. It has great hold and smells amazing plus it seems to seal in moisture for perfect curls that last!
My Twist Out Wash N Go using these products
The entire line is a winner and will stay on the TOP shelf of my enormous collection of natural hair products. (yes I am a product junkie)
