It was on and poppin last night at the beautiful Opera Night Club as Aio (pronounced Ayy-Yo) introduced its new wireless service to Atlanta! Tricked out with several live DJ’s, VIP access to suites with prizes, endless wine/hors doeuvres as well as appearances by the company’s CEO and Director of Marketing made this an event to remember. Representatives were on hand to talk to us about Aio and what types of plans and equipment they will offer to the Metro Atlanta area. They are a no contract type wireless company that share towers with AT&T which allows them to offer superior service at an awesome flat rate. According to their reps there are several low cost plans available as well as the latest phones. Aio’s community partner for the evening was 100 Black Men of Atlanta. A Live Tweet A Thon was held to raise money for this organization. $1 was donated each time #HelloAio was tweeted.
