My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament.  We met up with our give away winners and enjoyed an action packed show that was filled with everything that your medieval heart desires.

This was my first experience at Medieval Times I was simply blown away by the actors and actresses that stayed in character throughout the entire show.  Everyone from The King and Queen to the Serving Wench that brought us our food put on a performance to remember.

The Food

We dined on Dragon Blood Soup (Tomato Soup) Baby Dragon (Chicken) Medieval Fries (Half a Potato).  There was also Bread, Corn and plenty of Ale (also known as whatever else you want to drink.) There was SO much food.   The portions were enormous! I could not eat all of it.  I love that they there were no utensils.

The Setting

It was a castle on the outside and an arena filled with sand and REAL horses on the inside.

The Show

The show included an entire jousting match, several sword fights and other feats of skill to keep us entertained.  As we cheered for the knight that represented our section.  Everything was so realistic!  I found myself yelling & cheering multiple times.  It was very interactive.  The Knights engaged with the audience and the announcer kept us hyped!
