1st Annual Girls Mentoring Program Expo & Fair

ExpoI am pleased to announce that The SistahChick & Our Natural Kids will be showcasing our products as well as sharing information as it relates to natural hair at the 1st Annual Girls Mentoring Program Expo & Fair! On Saturday, September 14th, we will be in the house for this awesome event and we hope that you will come out and join us.  Co-Created by our web partner, Kim Thomas of AfroPuffs & Ponytails and Kara Norman of EmpowerHer Inc. this promises to be a great expo that focuses on the needs of the WHOLE girl.  If you have daughters between the ages of 7 – 18 then this fair is for you.  You could even make a date out of it for you and your daughter(s).

As the school year begins, parents often look for activities and events to empower their daughters.  Girls need proactive help with the many circumstances and situations they encounter when interacting with friends, bullies, and peers in general. The metro Atlanta area has a large number of organizations and private businesses that provide mentoring programs and services to help girls become strong, confident leaders.  We are proud to showcase them under one roof at our very first Annual Girls Mentoring Program Expo and Fair! ~Afro Puffs & Ponytails
